Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see where your parcel has reached.
Where do I find my order number?
It is in the order confirmation email we sent you right after you placed the order — a number like #1234. If you created an account while ordering, you can also see all your orders under My Account.
When will I get a courier tracking link?
Once your parcel leaves our facility, our courier partner sends a live tracking link to your email and by SMS on the number you gave at checkout. Please also check your spam folder.
