1. What is Makoy.in?

Makoy.in is an online beauty & skincare store offering premium handmade soaps, skincare products, and natural beauty essentials crafted with high-quality ingredients.

2. Are your soaps handmade?

Yes — our Multani Mitti soap is handmade in small batches to keep it fresh. The night cream and body lotion are made for us at a licensed manufacturing unit in Uttarakhand.

3. Are Makoy products safe for all skin types?

Our products are made using natural & skin-friendly ingredients, suitable for most skin types. However, we recommend a patch test for sensitive skin.

4. What is in your products?

Every product is free from SLS, parabens and artificial colours, and the full ingredient list is printed on each pack and shown on the product page.

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products.

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel or update the order within 2 hours of placing it. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.

8. Do you offer returns or replacements?

Yes. If your order arrives damaged, leaked, wrong or incomplete, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund it — your choice. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also check the status any time on our Track Your Order page using your order number.
