Yes! All our soaps are 100% handmade in small batches to maintain freshness, purity, and premium quality.
3. Are Makoy products safe for all skin types?
Our products are made using natural & skin-friendly ingredients, suitable for most skin types. However, we recommend a patch test for sensitive skin.
4. Do you use chemicals or artificial colors in soaps?
No harsh chemicals! We avoid sulfates, parabens, artificial colors, and harmful additives.
5. How long does delivery take?
We usually ship orders within 3 to 4 days . Delivery takes 3 to 4 working days depending on your location.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products.
7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or update the order within 2 hours of placing it. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.
8. Do you offer returns or replacements?
We offer returns/replacements in case of damaged, leaked, or incorrect items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.
